Great post as always. I really like the edge you put on your blades. Makes me wanna get some bench stones. I can’t believe the steel hasn’t got any patina on it, really impressive

This is just a “work in progress” article too as I need to explain, for example, what I was doing for example with the bottle. 😉
I have cut tomatoes and used it in different type of vinegar, so far Cruwear seems not so easy to put a patina on.
I think the chrome in this alloy is kept free for fighting stains as there is plenty of vanadium and tungsten for creating carbides.
